Today I learned that Queen Elizabeth once woke up to find a stalker in her sleeping quarters. The man was sitting on her bed with a bloody hand that he had injured while finding his way there through the palace. The Queen made conversation with him until someone came to her rescue. It turned out he had escaped from a mental hospital and had already broken in a few weeks before and had even stolen a bottle of Prince Charles' white wine.
